Give credit to the Ladue scheduler. The Rams hosted the Normandy Vikings for Home Coming and pulled off a resounding 42-14 victory. That wears a lot better than a 42-6 loss to McCluer at home just seven days ago.
The Rams spread around the love. Junior quarterback Matthew Hooper threw 2 TD passes and ran for another. Marcellis Wade scored on a 2 yard run; Adehkeem Brown gathered a 30 yard pass from Hooper and the Rams had a 14 point halftime lead.
In the second half, Sam Glancy caught a 30 yard TD pass from Hooper and Hooper ran one in from 15 yards out.
In the fourth quarter Shawn Whitley scored on a 15 yard run and Udell Hyde closed out the scoring with a 6 yard gallop in the fourth quarter.
Sophomore Jack Fox tacked on six extra points.
