As longtime residents of Olivette, we have had the pleasure of being a patrons of My Best Friend Veterinary Center for many years. The entire staff has a remarkable blend of professional, people and pet skills that insures a confident and comfortable health care visit for all. Whether helping celebrate the addition of a new family pet member or the gift of tender support in saying goodbye to a pet at the end of its journey, Dr. Bill, Dr. Sharz, Dr. Sandy and the staff in full, have always been there for us and ours; our best friends they are.

Having never been around dogs growing up, becoming a first-time dog owner in college was quite the adventure. It would be an understatement to say that I had an exorbitant amount of "parenting" questions early on. Dr. Bill, Janet, Denise - the entire staff at My Best Friend - made me feel so comfortable and confident about raising and taking care of my puppy. My long list of questions may have subsided a few months in, but even now - almost 5 years later - I still have my moments of worry and panic. Thus, I am grateful for the very knowledgeable staff who always knows the answer - or the way to calm my nerves if I am being an overly paranoid Mom! They go out of their way to provide the best possible service to all pets and pet owners. Everyone at My Best Friend, especially Dr. Bill, makes you feel at home. I am so grateful to have found an incredible group of professionals to be such an integral part of my and my pup's life. It's no wonder the best veterinary clinic around is called My Best Friend!

I have known Dr. Bill for 28 years. During that time I have been more than impressed with his compassion and expertise. I can't count the number of times he has given me advice at my vacation home or while travelling. The entire staff Dr. Sandy, Dr. Sharz and Janet know I am an anxious client - regardless - they provide FIRST CLASS service. I can't imagine my pet's life without them!

I HAVE BEEN TAKING MY ENGLISH BULLDOGS TO "MY BEST FRIEND VET CENTER" SINCE THE FIRST DAY THEY OPENED AT THE FORMER LOCATION 21 YEARS AGO. DR. BILL, DR. SANDY, DR, SHARZ AND THE ENTIRE STAFF HAVE BEEN FAMILY TO ME AND MY MANY WONDERFUL BULLDOGS. ANYONE BEING A BULLDOG PARENT IS WELL AWARE OF THE MANY ISSUES THAT ARISE WITH THE BREED. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD FIRST CLASS CARE AND LOVING CONCERN DURING EVERY VISIT. I ALSO HAVE A CAT THAT ADOPTED ME AND SHE IS ANOTHER FAMILY MEMBER WHO GETS FIRST CLASS TREATMENT AT "MY BEST FRIEND". I EXPECT THE BEST TREATMENT AND CARE FOR MY ANIMAL FAMILY AND "MY BEST FRIEND VET CENTER" DOES ALL THIS WITH GENUINE LOVE AND CONCERN. I HAVE REFERRED MANY OF MY ANIMAL LOVING FRIENDS TO DR. BILL. I live in Cincinnati and travel to St. Louis frequently with my three dogs. I count on Dr. Bill and staff to be there if my dogs become ill on the road. I also time my groomings such that Dr. Bill's staff grooms them regularly. St. Louis is lucky to have such a caring and qualified veterinary clinic.

As a breeder and exhibitor of West Highland White Terriers, I am thrilled to have access to such complete diagnostic and compassionate care given by this clinic and their wonderful staff. It is very clean, caring and helpful. The grooming services are the best I have found, and I love being able to take my dogs to a place where everything is under one roof. The prices are certainly competitive, and I would give My Best Friend the ultimate recommendation.
