Olivette Resident Among Four Victims in St. Louis City Shooting

The victim was an employee of AK Home Healthcare and the shooting was a murder-suicide.

Khadra Muse, 44, of Indian Circle Drive in Olivette, was among the four victims of a Cherokee Street shooting on Thursday that authorities said was a murder-suicide, according to media reports.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch and Patch media partner Fox2Now said Muse was killed along with Saeed Abdulla, 29, Bernice Solomon-Redd, 54, and the shooter, Ahmed Dirir, 59 — all from the city.

The Post-Dispatch quoted St. Louis Police Capt. Michael Sack saying that surveillance video had showed Dirir opened fire after having a brief argument with others inside the business.

FOX2 said the gunman and the three victims were the only people at the office, which was the site of AK Home Healthcare, where they were employees.
